A home kitchen, not a restaurant kitchen.

I believe food has a way of bringing people together when almost nothing else can. I didn't learn to cook from a class or a book - I learned standing in the kitchen next to my family, watching their hands, tasting as we went, asking questions until I got it right. That's still how I cook every single day.

Starting this business is my way of sharing that with more people. My hope is simple - that a warm meal from me gives you a little bit of that same feeling: like someone's taking care of you.
